Grilled Desserts: Peanut Butter Smore Quesadilla Dessert- OK, everyone that has grilled a dessert on your barbecue grill raise your hand. Not many hands went up, but we think that will change after watching Chris Hughes, grilling expert and author of On the Grill with Mr. BBQ, create a grilled peanut butter smore quesadilla. This is a great grilling recipe to cook with your kids, but you don't have to be a kid to enjoy this simple dessert recipe. All it takes is about two minutes on the grill and you can taste the peanut butter, chocolate chips and marshmallows all melting together.
